Covering a 780m2 floor area, our project includes the creation of a restaurant, bar, outdoor dining, and a dedicated children’s play area.Prior to the main fit-out, our team handles all necessary services trade works, ensuring a seamless transition to the fit out phase.
Within the scope of our new works, the installation of mechanical exhaust units posed a unique challenge on the upper 10th level deck area.
Due to the size of the units, a strategic decision was made to execute the installation using a helicopter. This innovative approach ensured precision and efficiency in handling the installation requirements.
The completed project showcases a modern nautical theme, featuring ships' rope, weathered shiplap cladding, and a solid timber bar top. An innovative touch is the inclusion of hanging double day beds in the Tavern, creating a unique and interesting addition to the overall ambiance.
